Prevent the "weaponization" of the 360

 

The "360" most often protects respondents with assurances of confidentiality. Consequently, many respondents use the assessments to provide exaggerated positive scores or exaggerated negative scores. For most 360 administrations, it is difficult or even impossible to detect sincere respondents from those with a hidden agenda.

 

The inter-correlation matrix allows for an examination of inter-rater reliability.

"Outliers" are identified with low correlations with the "Group Average."

"Outliers" may be removed from the analysis, or two analyses might be done,

one with and another without the "outliers."

Response Bias indicators suggests a sincere test taking attitude.
